16 Ways to Get Rid of Dark Circles and Eye Bags

We all know as women how it works. Some how there is never enough time to look after ourselves let alone get the required sleeping hours. Many people tend to judge your lifestyle just by eye bags and have it completely wrong. Whether you have these bags due to aging, through hereditary reasons, lack of sleep, exposure to the sun, fluid retention, allergies, dehydration, stress, poor diet, smoking, lack of vitamin K or C, poor dieting or any other possible reasons. 1. Cucumbers - they are a natural product that reduces the swelling. Replace the cucumbers as soon as they lose their chill. This treatment will only last for several hours.
2. Cold Compress/Mask - using this twice a day for 10-15 minutes will keep the swelling down and slower the process of the dark circles from developing. This will last for a short period of time.
3. Frozen/Cold Or Chilled Green Tea Bags - apply this directly under your eyes where the dark circles are for approximately 10-15 minutes everyday. Green tea bags contains natural anti-inflammatory properties. This will keep the swelling down for a short period however, over a certain period of applying this treatment it will slow down the development of bags under the eye.
4. Limitation On Cigarettes - not only are cigarettes bad for your health but, it has now been said and proven that they are one of the many factors to why people get dark circles/bags under there eyes. 6. Mint Leaves Crushed - are said to be another anti-inflammatory product that is cheap, smells good and works on keeping the bag's swelling down.
7. Washing Your Face With Cold Or Lukewarm Water - by washing your face this way every morning and evening it has been said to reduce the swelling as the coldness from the water tends to relax the skin and construct the blood vessels.
8. Eye Cream - by applying eye cream everyday can reduce the bagging and reduce the swelling. Try to look for products that contain ALOE VERA, VITAMIN K, VITAMIN C and/or ALPHA HYDROXYL ACID. 11. Fluid Retention - is when the fluid is not removed from the tissue. Therefore, swelling especially under the eye are the many symptoms.
